Myself! Before and after...

I believe I am my own first testimonial!  I've been through the process of weight loss and improving my own fitness myself.  I've gone from a stage where I'd refuse to go anywhere near scales (I'd estimate I must have been around 20 stone at my heaviest) to being much more comfortable with myself.  


Having gone through this myself I can totally understand where clients are coming from.  I can understand how hard it is to motivate yourself and how easy it is to do anything other than train, but I also know how much I enjoy it now, so I do have that extra understanding of what's needed to help motivate my clients.
