Everyone is different. This is why Improve Personal Training Liverpool takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. Liverpool Personal Trainer, Andy Coyne, is here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend or friends with you to cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

 

There are various ways to pay for Improve Personal Training, to suit all incomes and preferences.  What follows are a range of the most common preferences, but please look at the full price list for all options.

 

1-2-1 Training

 

Block Payments

 

PAY AS YOU GO - £50 per session

 

6 PT sessions - £230 (~£38 each)

 

12 PT sessions - £430 (~£36 each)

 

24 PT sessions - £790 (~£33 each)

 

 

Pay per Calendar Month by Bank Transfer

 

 

1 PT sessions per week - £165 (~£38 each)

 

2 PT sessions per week - £310 (~£36 each)

 

3 PT sessions per week - £440 (~£34 each)

 

 

 

Group Training (2-4 persons, cost split between group)

 

 

PAY AS YOU GO - £75 per session

 

6 PT sessions - £345 (£57.50 each session)

 

12 PT sessions - £620 (£52 each session)

 

24 PT sessions - £1150 (£48 each session)

 

 

 

Pay per Calendar Month by Bank Transfer

 

 

1 PT session per week - £250 (~£57 each session)

 

2 PT sessions per week - £450 (~£52 each session)

 

3 PT sessions per week - £620 (~£48 each session)

 

All sessions to be paid for in advance and used within six months of purchase.  Any cancellations/ revised bookings need to be done within 24 hours.

 

 

 

Private 1-2-1

The classic training programme. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can have our Personal Training sessions in Liverpool's parks, in my well equipped PT studio or use weights in your home or the park. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivational partner who supports you in your goals. We want to achieve your goal together.

 

 

Partner Special

You don’t do anything without your best friend? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. Experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.  This person can be your partner, a family member, work collegue, anyone at all.

 

 

 

Improve in 30minute workouts

One of the most difficult things about getting fit is fitting training sessions into your busy lifestyle.  Sometimes as well, it might seem too much to start working out for a full hour from scratch - that's where the 30 minute workout comes in.

 

Clients could book great quality training with Andy at the Personal Training Studio here in Wavertree, Liverpool for a 30 minute session based around resistance training and body conditioning.  Clients would need to be warmed up beforehand but that could easily be accomplished with a good walk/jog/run on the way to the studio.

 

New to exercise or pushed for time?  This is th​e workout for you!

 

Group Training

Are you looking for the benefits of personal training - great motivation, carefully planned progressive training, a careful eye on technique to reduce injuries - but maybe not able to pay for a whole session on your own...?  No problem.  Group training could be for for you.

 

All you need to do is find a group of friends, family, collegues, anyone in fact who you'd like to work out with.  It's best if you have similar goals.  Maybe you're a group of new mums looking to return to fitness.  Maybe you're a group who all have holidays planned and want to look your best on the beach.  Or maybe you're a group who are all planning to take on your first 10K or similar running event and need some guidance.  

 

Group training is for any group of two to four people who are going to regularly train together at the same place and time. If you have a group of five or more please get in touch as we'll be able to negotiate even greater savings.
