Where do you want to train? Your place or ours?.

This is up to you.  You can have personal training in local parks around Liverpool, in or near your workplace or in your own home:  where ever if you'd like.   The choice is yours.

 

That said, Improve Personal Training are also able to offer use of a well equipped Personal Training Studio in South Liverpool.  We offer use of Concept 2 rowing machine, Schwinn indoor bike, cross trainer, treadmill as well as free weights, balance training bosu and swiss ball, etc.  This Liverpool Personal Training Studio is available to all clients during their 1-2-1 or group training sessions.

 

Sessions can be half hour or full hour although half hour sessions must take place here at the studio.

What are you interested in? What do you want to achieve? I am looking forward to working with you to figure out the programme that works best for you.

 

I firmly believe that the best way to manage your life is to set yourself achievable goals along the way. This is why I define a clear goal we want to reach together and a strategy of how to get there with all my clients during our first consultation.

 

I'll then use these to develop a customised training programme for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

Well, I've been where many of my clients start out from.  I've been overweight, unmotivated and have found it hard to get fit, but I managed through hard work and determination to get there.  I can empathise with my weight loss clients more than some PTs, especially those who have always been fit and can't understand why clients can't just do it.
