General
· You ("Client") should understand that the
results of any training programme cannot be guaranteed and your progress depends on your own effort and cooperation during and after sessions. In particular you should acknowledge that individual
results may vary.
· No responsibility is accepted and all responsibility is hereby disclaimed for any loss, injury, sickness, or damage suffered as the result of use
or misuse of any information gained via the web site.
Your trainer’s services

The trainer will
use his knowledge and skill to design a programme that is safe, challenging and interesting, in order to facilitate the achievement of the Client’s goals. This will take into account such
factors as the Client's fitness, age, lifestyle, health, background, likes and dislikes.

The trainer will
work to motivate the Client to achieve his/her goals, providing the coaching, support, advice and supervision during training sessions required to achieve those goals.

Improve Personal
Training may require the Client to visit his/her GP to obtain a letter of “medical clearance” depending on answers given in the PAR-Q form. The Client's GP may charge for this
service.

Improve Personal
Training reserves the right to require that the Client receives advice from a GP at any time in order to continue working with Improve Personal Training.

Improve Personal
Training cannot be held liable in any way for issues arising from undisclosed or unknown medical conditions.

Your trainer
will lead by example, with 100% commitment to your goals.

Your trainer
will help the Client decide on achievable, realistic goals. He will be totally honest if the Client’s goals are unrealistic.
The Client’s obligations

The Client
should ensure they are on time so that sessions can begin promptly.

Improve Personal
Training may not be able to provide a full hour if the Client is late to a session. However, if an Improve PT Instructor is late for a session, the Client will still receive the full session time or
have the outstanding time added to another session.

The Client must
wear appropriate footwear and clothing for every session. Clothing should be loose fitting, non-restrictive and appropriate for the weather. Footwear should provide adequate
support.

The Client
should commit to the programme 100%, as this is the only way to achieve goals.

The Client shall
provide any information agreed with the trainer, such as food diaries.

The Client must
complete copies of Improve Personal Training standard Health Screening Questionnaire, PAR-Q and Informed Consent and ensure that all details given in these documents are true and correct before any
exercise can take place.

The Client must
inform Improve Personal Training of any condition or changes in their health, now and ongoing, which might affect their ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

There are
inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. Improve Personal Training accepts no responsibility if the Client sustains an injury while participating in a fitness programme
save to the extent that such injury is due to the negligence of Improve Personal Training. Save as set out in this paragraph, Improve Personal Training accepts no liablity for any loss or damage to the extent permitted by the law.
Session cancellation policy
- The
Client must contact Improve
Personal Training at the earliest opportunity if it is necessary to cancel or change booked sessions.
- Improve
Personal Training will endeavour to reschedule sessions at a mutually convenient time. Cancellations made with under 24 hours' notice in advance will incur full charge.
Payment policy

Packages are
booked on a pre-pay basis and all packages must be paid for in advance/at the start of the initial session of that block.

Individual
sessions booked must be paid for at the end of the session, unless previously agreed by Improve Personal Training.

Prices will
basis reviewed on an annual basis. Where there is a price revision, it will be published on the website and you will be informed by your trainer.
Termination

If the Client
does not adhere to this agreement, Improve Personal Training reserves the right to terminate it at any time. In this case, a refund of fees of any uncompleted sessions will be at Improve Personal
Training's discretion.
Contact

You may contact
your personal trainer at any time with general questions related to your goals, as and when you need to. This may be done through email, phone or social networks (Facebook and Twitter).
Your trainer will endeavour to reply within 24 hours of your message, but may take longer if circumstances dictate.

The only request
we make is for politeness you avoid late night phone calls, after 7.30pm.
Please be aware that Improve Personal Training may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating the copy of this agreement shown on the web site. You should check this website
from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they govern the relationship between Improve Personal Training and the Client. (Rev. March 2012)
