Very often, exercise alone will not be enough to achieve targets. It's no use training hard if the fuel you're taking in isn't up to par. Nutritional analysis is the process whereby your Personal Trainer will review your current eating habits and give you practical advice on how and why to make improvements.
I don't advocate use of the term "diet", which is often seen as a negative is modern life. I'd rather talk about our daily nutrition and will provide individualised advise depending on your own specific goals. Having received Level 3 Nutrition training I'm better able to guide eating habits and will provide all clients with a written report on their current nutrition and how they could make improvements.

Whatever you need to do to change your eating habits, one thing is for sure... if you stick to what I suggest it will have a massive influence on how quickly you achieve your goals.
