Very often, exercise alone will not be enough to achieve targets.  It's no use training hard if the fuel you're taking in isn't up to par.  Nutritional analysis is the process whereby your Personal Trainer will review your current eating habits and give you practical advice on how and why to make improvements.

I don't advocate use of the term "diet", which is often seen as a negative is modern life.  I'd rather talk about our daily nutrition and will provide individualised advise depending on your own specific goals.  Having received Level 3 Nutrition training I'm better able to guide eating habits and will provide all clients with a written report on their current nutrition and how they could make improvements.

By and large I wouldn't follow one "diet" plan to the letter.  Each person is different, so needs a different approach, which may involve a combination of different techniques.  Whatever you need to do to change your eating habits, one thing is for sure... if you stick to what I suggest it will have a massive influence on how quickly you achieve your goals.

Your nutritional analysis will include:

  • Pre-meeting questionnaire (to be completed by the client)
  • Pre-meeting diet analysis (completed by your Personal Trainer)
  • One hour meeting in which we...
  1. Review your current eating habits
  2. Make positive suggestions how you can amend your eating habits
  • Full written report on your nutrition.

All this only costs £70
