Online Personal Training is an exciting new form of Personal Training whereby your sessions would be planned and programmed by Improve Personal Training remotely, then you compete those sessions in your own time and in your own location. This means you aren't fixed to particular session times and can be increasingly flexible. Sessions would be planned by our experienced level 3 personal trainer and would be tailored exactly to your needs. The plan would take account of the equipment you have available, even if that's only your own body weight, and would be targeted to your own ability level, whether that be advanced or just starting out. Virtual Personal Training takes all the best things about regular personal training and brings them to your own home, anywhere in the world. Through modern technologies like FaceTime and Skype, virtual personal training involves your personal trainer guiding you through a workout remotely in your own home, whilst your PT is in our studio in Liverpool. Perhaps you can't leave the house and want to train with Improve PT, perhaps you're located too far away to get to the studio in Liverpool. Sessions would be planned like any regular personal training session with due care and attention taken to your own abilities, needs and goals. Your PT could watch your form and technique via webcam or FaceTime and would be able to demonstrate and explain anything you're getting wrong.
Virtual Personal Training would involve...
• One Monthly payment for one, two or three Skype or Facetime sessions per week
• Initial consultation via FaceTime or Skype
• Round the clock email or text message contact for queries
• Planned programmes written by level 3 PT would take into account the equipment you have available at home, even if that's your own body weight
